These terms apply to your use of Wish It. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Wish It.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give accurate information and don't impersonate anyone.

Your content

You own the wishlists, wishes, images and other content you add. You give us permission to store and display it so the service works (for example, showing your public wishlists to others). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share what you post.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading;
  • spam other users or send unwanted friend requests in bulk;
  • try to access other people's accounts or data, or disrupt the service;
  • scrape the service or use it to build a competing product.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Gifts, links and purchases

Wish It helps you share wishes and coordinate gifts; it doesn't sell products. Links to shops are provided for convenience, and purchases are between you and the shop. Prices and availability shown may be out of date. Reservations are a coordination tool and don't guarantee that a gift will be bought.

AI Gift Finder

Gift suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Use your own judgement before buying anything.

The service

Wish It is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure but can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes and contact
